For high-achieving professionals, burnout is not always about workload. It can be about the cost of sustaining a version of yourself that isn’t quite real.
What psychodynamic therapy offers

CBT teaches you to manage what you think. Psychodynamic therapy explores why you think it. For professionals, that ‘why’ often goes deep: an inner critic shaped by early relationships, a need for external validation that was never satisfied at the source, a drive that was adaptive once and is now running out of fuel.
In our sessions, we might look at:
- Where the need to perform or achieve comes from — and what it costs you
- The relationship between your anxiety and your sense of self-worth
- The patterns in your work relationships that mirror older dynamics
- What it would feel like to stop proving something
Who this work is for

This is individual therapy for adults. Couples and family sessions are not offered.
Burnout doesn't resolve through willpower.
